Ingredients

  • 500 g - Bajra flour
  • 50 g - Wheat flour
  • 50 g - besan flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 50 g - Curd
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp - roasted sesame
  • Oil for cooking.
  • How to Make Bajra thepla:

    1. Mix the three different flours.
    2. Add curd, sugar, salt, ginger, green chilli paste, turmeric powder and 3 tbsp oil.
    3. Knead it into a dough with warm water and make small balls.
    4. Roll out into chapatti and cook on tava, applying oil.
