Ingredients

  • 500 g - bajra flour
  • 50 g - wheat flour
  • 50 g - besan flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 50 g - curd
  • 1 tbsp - ginger green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp - roasted sesame
  • Oil for cooking.

How to Make Bajra thepla

  • Mix the three different flours.
  • Add curd, sugar, salt, ginger, green chilli paste, turmeric powder and 3 tbsp oil.
  • Knead it into a dough with warm water and make small balls.
  • Roll out into chapatti and cook on tava, applying oil.
