  • 50 g - Bajra flour
  • 20 g - Ghee
  • 5 g - ajwain seeds
  • 30 g - sugar, powdered
  • 5 g - cardamom, powdered
  • How to Make Bajre ka churma:

    1. Make a dough of the bajra by adding water, half of the ghee and ajwain seeds.
    2. Roll out small balls of the dough and make a small depression with your thumb. Steam the balls.
    3. Once it is cooked, mash and add sugar, the remaining ghee and cardamom powder. Serve warm.
