Ingredients

  • 2 cups - dried black beans
  • 1 cup - sliced Tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup - Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup - chopped Onions
  • 2 - green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 - yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp -chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garlic Ginger paste
  • 4 - Green chilli
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • A handful - coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Bake Black Bean:

    1. Put all ingredients in a big bowl except the coriander and mix well.
    2. Put the mixture, into a greased big oven proof dish. Cover and bake 1 hr at 350 F (180 C) or till the black bean becomes tender.
    3. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
    4. Serve.
