Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - fish fillets
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 - Onion
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Spring onion
  • 1/8 tsp - crushed Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp - crushed Ginger
  • 2 tbsp-oil
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder.
  • How to Make Bake Fish:

    1. Cut fish into small pieces.
    2. Marinate with salt and pepper. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour
    3. Arrange the fish pieces in a baking dish.
    4. Top with sliced capsicum, onion and tomatoes
    5. Layer it with chopped spring onion
    6. In a small vessel, mix oil, lemon juice, garlic and ginger
    7. Pour over fish and cover and bake for 20 min at 375 degree Fahrenheit.
    8. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes till fish flakes easily
    9. Serve.
