How to Make Baked Beet Root with Yogurt Walnut Dressing
Step 1 Take the washed beetroots and pierce holes with fork or tooth pick. Take foil and grease with butter
Fold the beetroot and bake in the pre heated oven for 30 minutes or till done. Let it cool open the foil and peel the beet root. Cut into 4 parts make sure the beetroot is intact and not separated into 4 pieces.
Step 2 ( Dressing) In a bowl mix the yogurt, add salt, finely chopped green chilies and 1/2 the coriander leaves and walnuts and chill for 1/2 hour.
Step 3 Before serving place the beetroots in a broad serving dish. Spoon the dressing and garnish with coriander and red chilies.
