Ingredients

  • 1- cauliflower, medium size
  • 2 - medium onions, finely chopped
  • 5-6 - minced Garlic Cloves
  • 2-3 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • A little- ginger, not minced
  • 1 cup - Tomato sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp - chilli-garlic sauce (or depending on how hot you want)
  • Salt -to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • Baking dish
  • How to Make Baked Cauliflower With Tomato Sauce:

    1. Break the cauliflower into big florets and make sure to trim the stems.
    2. Wash it well, add a pinch of salt to it and boil it in water for 5 minutes.
    3. Then turn off the gas and drain the water.
    4. Heat oil in a kadai and add the chopped onions, garlic, ginger and chillies.
    5. Fry on high heat for about 3-4 minutes. Add tomato sauce and chilli garlic sauce to it.
    6. Fry for another 3-5 minutes.
    7. Now take the baking dish and arrange the florets on it.
    8. Spread the sauce on top of this and bake at 325 F for about 25-30 minutes.
    9. You can use a fork to check whether it's properly Bake or not.
    10. Serve hot with fresh Bake bread or the frozen garlic bread and hot tomato soup.
