  • 15 oz - Ricotta cheese
  • 13 oz - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp - Semolina
  • Few almonds for garnish.

How to Make Baked Cheese

  • Mix cheese, sugar, cinnamon powder, semolina well and pour it in an oven proof bowl. Pre heat oven to 400 degree F.
  • Bake till it gets brown and crusty on top. Garnish with almonds.
