Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - fresh Prawns
  • 2 - medium sized Potatoes
  • 50 gm - Amul cheese, grated
  • 3/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 3/4 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tbsp - homemade Butter
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 cup - cheese sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • Garnish
  • 1 Tomato - sliced
  • 1 Onion - sliced
  • 1 small bunch - coriander, chopped

How to Make Baked Cheese Prawns

  • Mix cleaned prawns with cheese sauce
  • Add pepper, mustard, salt and chilli, soya sauce
  • With a light hand, mix in the mashed potatoes
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture in it
  • Add garnish and bake in hot over (200 C, Gas 6) for 5-7 minutes
  • Sprinkle coriander and serve hot.
