  • 250 gm - half-cooked goldana Rice
  • 2 - beaten eggs
  • 100 gm - grated cheese
  • 50 ml - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - shredded Carrot
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup - Green peas
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Baked Cheesy Rice

  • Combine all ingredients and put in a greased dish. If desired, sprinkle some more cheese and bake at 180 C for about 45 minutes. Serve with a fresh green salad.
