Ingredients

  • Chicken Drumsticks - 6
  • 2 tsp - Black bean sauce
  • 1 tsp - Cooking wine
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 3-4 Cloves - Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • A pinch of Red Chilli powder
  • How to Make Baked Chicken drumsticks - Chinese style:

    1. Make 3 to 4 cuts on each drumstick with a sharp edged knife.
    2. To prepare the sauce mix all the ingredients except drumsticks.
    3. Pour the sauce over the slit drumsticks.
    4. Line them on a baking dish
    5. Bake them for 12 mins, turn over and bake for another 10 mins.
    6. Take out of oven and broil for 3 to 5 mins.
    7. The chicken drumsticks are ready to eat.
