How to Make Baked Chicken drumsticks - Chinese style

  • Make 3 to 4 cuts on each drumstick with a sharp edged knife.
  • To prepare the sauce mix all the ingredients except drumsticks.
  • Pour the sauce over the slit drumsticks.
  • Line them on a baking dish
  • Bake them for 12 mins, turn over and bake for another 10 mins.
  • Take out of oven and broil for 3 to 5 mins.
  • The chicken drumsticks are ready to eat.
