Ingredients

  • 85 g - bread crumbs
  • 300 ml - milk
  • 70 g - sugar
  • 20 g - butter
  • 10 g - cocoa
  • 2 - eggs

How to Make Baked Chocolate Pudding

  • Boil milk, cocoa, butter and pour over breadcrumbs and sugar.
  • Stand for 10 mins, then add beaten yolks.
  • Grease a dish and pour the mix in. Bake in moderate oven till set.
  • Whip whites stiffly with 2 tbsps sugar.
  • Spread on top and brown in low oven.
