Ingredients

  • Fresh grated Coconut - 1/2
  • Milk - 2 glass
  • Milk powder - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • How to Make Baked Coconut Burfi:

    1. Split the milk using lime juice or vinegar and make cheese (chhena).
    2. Drain the water from the Chhena (using cheese cloth).
    3. Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    4. Grease the baking pan (7 inchx 7inch) with a little butter and pour the mixture into it.
    5. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees F.
