How to Make Baked Coconut Burfi

  • Split the milk using lime juice or vinegar and make cheese (chhena).
  • Drain the water from the Chhena (using cheese cloth).
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Grease the baking pan (7 inchx 7inch) with a little butter and pour the mixture into it.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees F.
