Ingredients

  • 100 gms - Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can - whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can - creamed Corn
  • 100 gms - chopped Green chilli peppers
  • 50 gms - fried Onions
  • 1 tsp - vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup - butter, softened
  • How to Make Baked Corn Casserole:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    2. Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
    3. Heat oil in a small skillet over a medium heat.
    4. Saute onion until translucent.
    5. In a large bowl combine butter and cream cheese.
    6. Stir in whole kernel corn, creamed corn, chilli peppers, and onions.
    7. Pour in to a greased dish.
    8. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
    9. Remove from oven and stir in half of the fried onions; sprinkle remaining onions on top.
    10. Bake 15 minutes once more.
