How to Make Baked Eggs with Chicken Masala

  • Boil the chicken in a little salted water along with the cinnamon, cloves and peppercorns until tender.
  • Separate the meat from the bones and chop.
  • Heat the ghee and fry the onions till golden brown then add the tomatoes, turmeric and coriander powders, garam masala and ginger.
  • Simmer for 5 mins.
  • Cook till most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Place this mixture in a baking dish.
  • Carefully break the eggs on top and cook in a mode oven for about 10 mins, or until the eggs are set.
