Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - fish, cut into small pieces.
  • 200g - shrimps
  • 300g - chopped Carrots, Beans, Capsicums
  • 1 whole garlic - peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic-green chilli paste
  • 4 - finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves and rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - pepper powder
  • 100-150 g - cheese
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - yellow mustard powder

How to Make Baked Fish with Vegetables and Shrimps

  • Preheat oven to 160 degree.
  • Wash the fish pieces and the shrimps. Pat dry and marinate with mustard powder, some salt, pepper, rosemary, green chillies and chopped garlic.
  • Heat 1 tsp of butter in a non-stick pan and saute the marinated fish and shrimps and keep aside.
  • Saute all the vegetables in the same pan for 5 minutes and keep aside.
  • Take a greased baking dish, add in everything.
  • Cover it with grated cheese and coriander leaves.
  • Bake it for 25 minutes in the oven at 160 degree C.
  • Serve it as side dish with rice or can be had as it is.
