Ingredients

  • 500 gms - fleshy fish fillets
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp - Orange food color (optional)

How to Make Baked Masal Fish Tikkas

  • Wash the fish and marinate it with all the above ingredients
  • Pack tightly on a skewer, or place the tikkas on a greased baking tray.
  • Baste with a little butter or ghee and grill on a wire rack in a moderate oven till golden brown.
  • Squeeze lemon juice on the tikkas when done.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
