Ingredients

  • For Meatballs:
  • 1/2 kg - ground Meat
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 - onion, grated
  • 1/8 tsp - Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • For Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 cup - Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp - Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp - Onion powder

How to Make Baked Meatballs

  • Mix together all the ingredients for meatballs.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls.
  • Put the meatballs in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 325 degree F for 20 mins
  • Mix all the ingredients of sauce
  • Remove meat balls after 20 mins
  • Pour sauce over the meat balls
  • Cover with foil
  • Put back in oven
  • Let it bake for another 1 hour at 325 degree F
  • Serve hot or cold.
