Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - Methi leaves, cut fine
  • 1 cup - Wheat flour, coarse if available
  • 1/2 cup - besan
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 to 2 - green chillies, finely cut
  • 1 tsp - Dry Dhania seeds
  • 4 to 5 - Black pepper seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Turmeric powder

How to Make Baked Methi ki Tikki

  • Add methi leaves and oil to flour. Add all the masalas to the flour.
  • Knead the flour into a thick batter. Make small round balls.
  • Preheat oven to 350-400 F. Bake the tikki for 10-15 mins till golden yellow.
  • Serve hot with date or coriander chutney.
