Ingredients

  • 4 cups noodles, crumbled into small pieces
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1.5 cups - Spring onions
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - carrots, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - French beans, finely chopped
  • 2 capsicums, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup - Tomato sauce
  • 6 tbsp. - chilli sauce
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch of ajinomoto
  • 6 tbsp. - Butter
  • 2 cups - processed cheese, grated
  • 6 brown bread slices

How to Make Baked noodles with brown bread

  • Boil noodles.
  • Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a deep pan and saute chopped spring onions, carrots, French beans, capsicum and a pinch of ajinomoto.
  • When the vegetables are a little tender, add ginger paste, salt to taste and chopped green chillies, and cook for 5min.
  • Now, add the noodles to the sauteed vegetables along with chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well till the noodles are completely coated with the sauces.
  • Now, apply butter to each bread slice and spread a layer of the noodle and vegetable mixture over it. Top with grated cheese.
  • Pre-heat an oven for 10mins. Bake the bread slices for 5min at 120 degrees and serve hot.
