Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg - Pomfret
  • 2.5 tbsp - Mustard Paste
  • 1 Tbsp - Onion Paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1.5 bunch - Coriander Leaves, chopped finely
  • 1.5 tsp - salt
  • 100 g - Grated Cheese (Mozzarella Cheese)
  • 1 Tbsp - heated oil + 3 tsp

How to Make Baked Pomfret

  • Remove the head of pomfret and make shallow slits on both sides.
  • Marinate the fish with all the masalas (except grated cheese) for over 2 hours.
  • Now grease the baking tray with 1 tsp of oil all over it and place the fish on it.
  • Top it with grated cheese and pour 2 tsp of oil on the top.
  • Bake it for 40 minutes in a moderately hot oven.
