  • 2 - Medium potatoes
  • 4 tbsps each of milk and cheese
  • 2 tbsps - Chopped green onions
  • 1 - Sprig parsley, minced
  • Salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste

How to Make Baked Potato Nests

  • Bake potatoes until tender.
  • Divide in halves lengthwise.
  • Scoop the inside portions and reserve the shells.
  • Mash the potatoes thoroughly and mix with remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon this mixture into half shells of potatoes and bake in a moderate oven for 15 to 20 mins.
