How to Make Baked Rice

  • Soak rice for 1/2 hour and half boil it. Now add milk and let it boil for few more mins.
  • Add pineapple pieces and salt and pepper.
  • Switch off the gas
  • Take some butter, heat it and add green chillies and baked beans. Fry for few mins.
  • Now take a baking dish, grease it and add one layer of rice, prepared beans, and then rice.
  • Add grated cheese on top and bake it at a moderate temperature for 5 - 10 mins.
  • Serve hot.
