  • 500g semolina
  • 125g Butter
  • 1 can (400 g) - sweetened condensed Milk
  • Finely chopped Almonds
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Milk powder
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • juice from 1 Orange
  • water
  • How to Make Baked Semolina Cake:

    1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
    2. In a large bowl, cream condensed milk, sugar and butter.
    3. Fill the empty can of condensed milk with water.
    4. Gradually add the water and semolina alternatively.
    5. Mix well after each addition.
    6. Finally add baking powder, orange juice and chopped almonds.
    7. Turn out into a 20 cm greased round cake mould.
    8. Bake for about 30 mins.
    9. Cool completely and remove from mould.
    10. Serve with coffee or tea.
