Ingredients

  • 20 - large shrimps
  • 1.75 cups - bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp - parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Tabasco sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3/4 cup - butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/4 cup - crushed cornflakes
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1/4 cup - melted butter
  • 1/4 cup - bread crumbs

How to Make Baked Shrimps

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Clean and devein the shrimps.
  • Split each shrimp keeping the tail intact.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except shrimps, until firm.
  • Stuff the mixture in the split shrimps.
  • Place in the greased baking dish.
  • Top the shrimps with melted butter and bread crumbs (for garnishing).
  • Bake shrimps for about 10 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until pink.
  • Serve with dipping of your choice.
