Ingredients

  • 20 - large shrimps
  • 1.75 cups - bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp - parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Tabasco sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3/4 cup - butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup - crushed cornflakes
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1/4 cup - melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup - bread crumbs
  • How to Make Baked Shrimps:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Clean and devein the shrimps.
    3. Split each shrimp keeping the tail intact.
    4. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except shrimps, until firm.
    5. Stuff the mixture in the split shrimps.
    6. Place in the greased baking dish.
    7. Top the shrimps with melted butter and bread crumbs (for garnishing).
    8. Bake shrimps for about 10 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until pink.
    9. Serve with dipping of your choice.
