Ingredients

  • 200 g - Bambino Vermicelli
  • 200 g - Potatoes
  • 20 g - groundnut powder
  • 20 g - dry Coconut powder
  • 6-8 - Green chillies
  • 1 bunch - Cilantro
  • 1 bunch - Mint leaves
  • 1 bunch - Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 inch piece - Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Sufficient oil to deep fry
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Bambino Vada:

    1. Boil bambino and potatoes separately, strain and keep aside.
    2. Chop green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves and mix well with mashed potatoes.
    3. Add turmeric powders, coconut powder, groundnut powder and salt.
    4. Finally add bambino and mix well.
    5. Shape them into round vadas and deep fry them till golden brown.
