Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 Papaya, peeled, seeds removed and diced
  • 2 tsp - Ginger juice
  • 1 1/4 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder

How to Make Banana & Papaya Salsa

  • Bake the bananas in their skins in a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees C until the skins turn dark brown.
  • Cool the bananas, peel and chop and mix in a bowl with all the other ingredients.
  • Serve with chicken or tuna.
