Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 - ripe Banana
  • 2-3 - water
  • 2 tsp - Butter
  • 1 tsp - elaichi powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Banana Biscuits:

    1. Mix all the ingredients except water. Knead the dough thoroughly.
    2. Add water little by little to make a smooth ball of dough.
    3. Divide the dough into small balls.
    4. Take a plastic sheet. Grease it with oil or ghee.
    5. Place each ball on the sheet and roll it into a thin puri with fingers.
    6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry 2-3 at a time.
    7. Repeat this for all the balls made out of the dough.
    8. Let them cool so that they become crispy.
    9. These can stored in an air-tight container for more than 10 days.
