  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 - ripe banana
  • 2-3 - water
  • 2 tsp - butter
  • 1 tsp - elaichi powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Banana Biscuits

  • Mix all the ingredients except water. Knead the dough thoroughly.
  • Add water little by little to make a smooth ball of dough.
  • Divide the dough into small balls.
  • Take a plastic sheet. Grease it with oil or ghee.
  • Place each ball on the sheet and roll it into a thin puri with fingers.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry 2-3 at a time.
  • Repeat this for all the balls made out of the dough.
  • Let them cool so that they become crispy.
  • These can stored in an air-tight container for more than 10 days.
