Ingredients

Butter - 1/2 cup

Sugar - 3/4 to 1 cup

Flour - 1.5 cup

Soda - 1 tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Ripe mashed Bananas - 3

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C.
  2. Grease and prepare a loaf pan.
  3. Mix well all the ingredients and form into a smooth batter.
  4. Pour in the loaf pan and bake for approximately 60 mins.
