  • 4 - eggs
  • 1.5 cup - Maida
  • 1.5 cup - Sugar
  • 1.5 cup Butter
  • 1.5 tsp - baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 2 - green Bananas (ripe)
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • How to Make Banana Butter Loaf:

    1. Sieve together maida and baking powder several times.
    2. Beat the butter with an electric beater till soft and fluffy. Add sugar to it, and beat again till it blends well together.
    3. Beat egg whites till peaks are formed. Beat egg yolks too.
    4. Mix the maida to the above sugar and ghee mix.
    5. Add the egg yolk first and then the egg white. Mix this in one direction. Mix in the mashed bananas.
    6. Put this in a round greased pan and bake at 220 degree Celsius for 1/2 hour
