  • 4 - eggs
  • 1.5 cup - maida
  • 1.5 cup - sugar
  • 1.5 cup butter
  • 1.5 tsp - baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 2 - green bananas (ripe)
  • 1/4 cup - milk

How to Make Banana Butter Loaf

  • Sieve together maida and baking powder several times.
  • Beat the butter with an electric beater till soft and fluffy. Add sugar to it, and beat again till it blends well together.
  • Beat egg whites till peaks are formed. Beat egg yolks too.
  • Mix the maida to the above sugar and ghee mix.
  • Add the egg yolk first and then the egg white. Mix this in one direction. Mix in the mashed bananas.
  • Put this in a round greased pan and bake at 220 degree Celsius for 1/2 hour
