Ingredients

  • 2 cups - flour
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 2/3 cups - oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 mashed bananas
  • two 8-inch round cake tins, greased and floured

How to Make Banana cake

  • Oven temp: 325 F-160 C
  • Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oil and beat well.
  • Add the eggs and beat a little more.
  • Mix in the nuts and bananas, and transfer to the prepared tins.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven for an hour or until a skewer pierced in the middle comes out clean.
