  • 2 cups Cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups fresh Cream
  • 1 cup powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup - mashed Banana
  • 1 cup seedless black Grapes
  • 0.5 cup Curd
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • How to Make Banana cheesecake:

    1. Mix banana and lime juice together.
    2. Beat cream cheese with sugar till very smooth. Beat the eggs, one at a time.
    3. Mix the salt, vanilla and banana.
    4. Combine curd and cream and add to the banana mixture.
    5. Grease an eight inch loose bottom pan and line it with greased butter paper.
    6. Pour the mixture in it. Wrap the pan in aluminium foil.
    7. Place the pan in a hot water bath and bake at 170 degrees till set (about 45 minutes.)
    8. Crush the grapes lightly. Add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
    9. Cool the baked cheese cake in pan on a wire rack and chill in refrigerator overnight.
    10. Remove from the mould and serve topped with stewed black grapes.
