How to Make Banana cheesecake

  • Mix banana and lime juice together.
  • Beat cream cheese with sugar till very smooth. Beat the eggs, one at a time.
  • Mix the salt, vanilla and banana.
  • Combine curd and cream and add to the banana mixture.
  • Grease an eight inch loose bottom pan and line it with greased butter paper.
  • Pour the mixture in it. Wrap the pan in aluminium foil.
  • Place the pan in a hot water bath and bake at 170 degrees till set (about 45 minutes.)
  • Crush the grapes lightly. Add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
  • Cool the baked cheese cake in pan on a wire rack and chill in refrigerator overnight.
  • Remove from the mould and serve topped with stewed black grapes.
