  • Medium size ripe Bananas - 4
  • grated coconut- 1/2 cup
  • elaichi powder- 1 tsp
  • natural brown Jaggery powder 5 tsp or sugar- 4 tsp

How to Make Banana Coconut Salad

  • Peel the skin and cut the bananas into thin round slices. Take a bowl, add banana, coconut, jaggery or sugar and elaichi powder.
