Ingredients

  • 4 - ripe bananas
  • 3 tbsp - honey
  • 1 cup - maida flour
  • 4-5 sugar free sachets
  • 4-5 pinches cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp - lime juice
  • 3/4 cup - low fat butter

How to Make Banana crumble bake

  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Place the banana slices in the baking dish.
  • Add lime juice and honey.
  • Sprinkle over with cinnamon powder.
  • Mix maida flour with the sugar free sachets and blend in the butter with your finger tips.
  • Spread flour, sugar and butter mixture on the bananas.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in an oven at 200 degree C.
  • Banana crumble is ready to serve.
  • Serve with low fat ice cream.
