Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, ripe
  • 3 tbsp - Honey
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 4-5 pinches Cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup - plain flour (maida)
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar powdered
  • 3/4 cup - butter, hard
  • How to Make Banana Crumble:

    1. Cut in butter. Mix with fingertips.
    2. Mixture should be the texture of bread crumbs.
    3. Spread all over banana.
    4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree C for 20 minutes or till golden.
    5. Serve warm with dollops of vanilla ice-cream or with light cream.
