How to Make Banana Dosai

  • First grind rice and urad dal together and keep it aside for 5-6 hours.
  • To the mixture, add mashed banana, 1 tsp salt, cardamom powder and sugar and mix it well.
  • Take a pan, put some ghee on it and make a dosai.
  • Serve hot and with lime pickle!
