Ingredients

  • 8 slices - Sandwich bread
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 1 - Ripe Banana mashed well
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • Butter or Ghee for frying
  • How to Make Banana French Toast:

    1. Blend the milk, banana, vanilla essence and egg in a mixer or blender until smooth.
    2. Transfer to a suitable bowl.
    3. Heat a flat pan and add a tbsp of butter or ghee and smear all over.
    4. When hot, dip one slice of bread at a time in the mixture.
    5. Shallow fry each slice on both sides till golden brown.
    6. 2 or 3 slices can be fried at a time.
