Ingredients

  • 3 - bananas, cut horizontally
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • Water, as required
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Oil to fry

How to Make

  • Place maida in a bowl, add sugar and salt. Add water to make a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan, dip the pieces of banana into the batter and deep fry.
  • Serve hot.
