  • 3 - Ripe Bananas, peeled and cut into slices (green skin variety)
  • 200 g - Sugar
  • 6 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence.
  • How to Make Banana Fudge:

    1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a thick bottomed pan and add the sugar and the bananas and cook on medium heat until the sugar melts.
    2. Lower the heat and add the nutmeg powder and vanilla essence.
    3. Keep stirring all the time.
    4. Now add a tbsp of ghee and simmer on low heat until the mixture becomes sticky and brown.
    5. Remove from heat when the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
