  • 3 - Ripe Bananas, peeled and cut into slices (green skin variety)
  • 200 g - Sugar
  • 6 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence.

How to Make Banana Fudge

  • Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a thick bottomed pan and add the sugar and the bananas and cook on medium heat until the sugar melts.
  • Lower the heat and add the nutmeg powder and vanilla essence.
  • Keep stirring all the time.
  • Now add a tbsp of ghee and simmer on low heat until the mixture becomes sticky and brown.
  • Remove from heat when the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
