How to Make Banana Halwa

  • Cut the bananas into small pieces.
  • Cook the bananas in medium fire and keep stirring.
  • Add ghee and cardamom powder.
  • When the bananas are done in 5 mins, add sugar.
  • Keep stirring, till it reaches a halwa consistency.
  • Use it as a sandwich spread or serve as it is.
