  • 6 - Bananas
  • 2 litres - Milk
  • 4 tbsps - Sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • How to Make Banana Ice- Cream:

    1. Boil milk on low flame till it becomes thick. Remove it and cool.
    2. Peel bananas, then smash them, add sugar, a little milk and grind it all.
    3. Beat eggs and mix it into the banana blend.
    4. Add it all to the thickened milk and mix well.
    5. Refrigerate it in a bowl for 5 to 6 hours or till it is set.
