  • 6 - Bananas
  • 2 litres - Milk
  • 4 tbsps - Sugar
  • 2 - Eggs

How to Make Banana Ice- Cream

  • Boil milk on low flame till it becomes thick. Remove it and cool.
  • Peel bananas, then smash them, add sugar, a little milk and grind it all.
  • Beat eggs and mix it into the banana blend.
  • Add it all to the thickened milk and mix well.
  • Refrigerate it in a bowl for 5 to 6 hours or till it is set.
