How to Make Banana Kababs

  • Grate the bananas and boil them in salt water for about 1 to 2 mins.
  • Chop and mix coriander leaves, parsley, mint, oregano, peppers, onions and green chillies with the salt.
  • To this, add the boiled bananas and mix them.
  • Make small balls and roll them in the egg mix and cover these with the bread crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for about 45 min.
  • Fry until they are golden brown and serve hot.
