Ingredients

  • 1 - Green Banana
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 each - Green /Red/Yellow pepper
  • 4 tbsp - Mint leaves
  • 4 tbsp - Parsley leaves
  • 4 tbsp - Oregano flakes
  • 4 tbsp - Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 - Green chillies
  • 1 - Egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup - Bread Crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Banana Kababs:

    1. Grate the bananas and boil them in salt water for about 1 to 2 mins.
    2. Chop and mix coriander leaves, parsley, mint, oregano, peppers, onions and green chillies with the salt.
    3. To this, add the boiled bananas and mix them.
    4. Make small balls and roll them in the egg mix and cover these with the bread crumbs.
    5. Refrigerate for about 45 min.
    6. Fry until they are golden brown and serve hot.
