Ingredients

  • 1 glass- yoghurt/curd
  • 1/2 glass - Milk or water (Milk - with low-fat yoghurt, water - with full-fat/creamy yoghurt)
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 - large ripe sweet Banana
  • 1 cup - ice
  • Optional: scoops of butterscotch/vanilla ice-cream
  • some chopped nuts
  • whipped Cream

How to Make Banana Lassi

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour the drink into 2 tall glasses.
  • Add the ice cream/nuts/cream as you like and serve chilled.
