Ingredients

  • 2 cups - all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 - Egg (beaten)
  • 1/3 cup - vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup - mashed Banana
  • 1/2 cup - Walnut (chopped)
  • How to Make Banana Nut Muffins:

    1. Preheat an oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    2. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
    3. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium-sized bowl and make a well in the centre.
    4. Mix the milk, egg, oil, banana and walnuts in a small bowl.
    5. Pour this mixture into the well created in the other bowl.
    6. Mix the batter just until it turns moist.
    7. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups.
    8. Bake for about 15 minutes until the muffins turn golden brown or a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
