Ingredients

  • 1 - big ripe Banana
  • 1 tbsp - Oats
  • 1 tsp - Honey
  • 3 - seedless Dates
  • 1.5 cups - Milk
  • How to Make Banana Oats Dates Honey Smoothie:

    1. Cook oats in 1/2 a cup of water till is soft and done. Allow to cool.
    2. Slice bananas and dates and grind to a smooth paste in a blender.
    3. Add the cooked oats and grind again adding a little milk at a time till the whole mixture has blended well.
    4. Remove from blender, add honey and serve as an energy drink for breakfast.
