How to Make Banana Oats Dates Honey Smoothie

  • Cook oats in 1/2 a cup of water till is soft and done. Allow to cool.
  • Slice bananas and dates and grind to a smooth paste in a blender.
  • Add the cooked oats and grind again adding a little milk at a time till the whole mixture has blended well.
  • Remove from blender, add honey and serve as an energy drink for breakfast.
