How to Make Banana Pakodas

  • Grate the bananas and boil in salt water for about 2 minutes.
  • Chop and mix coriander leaves, parsley leaves, mint leaves, oregano, pepper, onion and green chillies.
  • Add salt.
  • Add the boiled bananas to the mixture and mix well.
  • Add the besan and rice flour and mix again.
  • Prepare small balls from the mixture and pat them with your fingers. Fry them golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
