  • 4 - raw bananas
  • 2 - grated onions
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup - coconut
  • 4 to 5 - curry leaves
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 1 pinch - soda
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garam masala
  • Chilli powder

How to Make Banana Paratha

  • Boil bananas and remove its skin.
  • Add all the other ingredients.
  • Mix with water and make a dough.
  • Now roll it into rotis and shallow fry it.
