Ingredients

  • 4 - ripe Bananas
  • 1/4 litre - Curd
  • Sugar
  • Cooking soda
  • Salt
  • 2 to 3 cups - Maida
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Banana Puri:

    1. Take 1/4 litre curd, add sugar and salt mix it nicely.
    2. Add ripe bananas and soda, mix it nicely, add maida and mix it. Keep it for overnight.
    3. Make small pooris from the batter and deep Fry.
    4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
