Ingredients

  • 4 - ripe bananas
  • 1/4 litre - curd
  • Sugar
  • Cooking soda
  • Salt
  • 2 to 3 cups - Maida
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Banana Puri

  • Take 1/4 litre curd, add sugar and salt mix it nicely.
  • Add ripe bananas and soda, mix it nicely, add maida and mix it. Keep it for overnight.
  • Make small pooris from the batter and deep Fry.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney.
