Ingredients

  • 2 - ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup - curds
  • For Masala:
  • 1 to 2 - Lemon drops
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • ΒΌ tsp - mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • salt (optional)
  • How to Make Banana Raita:

    1. Peel and slice the banana.
    2. Beat the curds.
    3. Add the banana slices after putting a few drops of lemon juice on them.
    4. Put all the masalas. Mix well.
    5. If desired add a pinch of salt.
