  • 1 - raw banana
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 2 - chillies
  • 2 tsp - cilantro chopped
  • 2tsp - soaked channa daal
  • 1 tsp - mint leaves
  • 3tsp - chopped onions
  • 1/2tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder
  • salt to taste

How to Make Banana Vadalu

  • Boil the banana and peel its skin, smash it and add mix all the ingredients well.
  • Make round balls and fry them deeply in oil.
  • Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
