  • 1 cup- Wheat flour
  • 2- Bananas
  • 1.75 cups - Sugar
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp - Orange juice
  • Almonds, to garnish
  • How to Make Banana wheat muffins:

    1. In a large mixing bowl, add the oil and sugar.
    2. Mix them well with a blender, or if you are doing it manually, make sure you mix this in one direction alone ( either clockwise or anti-clockwise).
    3. Add the wheat flour.
    4. Smash the bananas and add them to the mix and mix well.
    5. Add the egg and beat well together.
    6. Finally add the orange juice.
    7. Give nearly 75 strokes.
    8. Pour this mixture in a muffin tray.
    9. Place sliced almonds on the top or toppings of your choice.
    10. Pre-heat the electric oven at 350 F and now place the muffin tray inside the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
    11. Muffins ready!
